A. If your item has not been shipped yet:

We will proceed with the refund immediately.

B. If you have received the goods:

• If you discover any issues such as wrong item, missing item, damage, non-compliance with our agreement, or discrepancy from the website pictures, please contact us at [email protected]. (Due to possible time differences, we may not be able to guarantee an immediate response, but we assure you that we will reply to your email within 8 hours.) We will take responsibility for any errors caused by us and resend your order.
• If the item is damaged or affects its functionality due to quality issues, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the goods (based on the actual delivery date according to the logistics tracking information). We will deliver a new item of the same kind to you free of charge.
• If you wish to return or exchange the item for personal reasons, please make sure to contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods (based on the actual delivery date according to the logistics tracking information). After confirmation, we will arrange the return or exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days.
